OUATECO CONTROLLED INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION

Our production is a unit specially adapted for Ouateco Factory, constructed and developed by an engineering company in Northern Europe

This company sells manufacturing of cell wadding in the world for 20 years and has set up for us a simple and efficient. Thus Ouateco is the first production line cellulose wadding in France designed with completely new parts and meets all European requirements (CE marking and ATEX).
In 2010 we will produce 3600 tons of cellulose wadding, or 16 tons / day. The second year it is planned to move to a production between 1.3 ton and 1.5 ton / hour, between 4680 tonnes and 5400 tonnes per year. Maximum production will be 10,000 tons / year.

The plant is scheduled to host in under a second line to double capacity, or 20,000 tons / year.

The plant has been designed to put people at the heart of the process with the creation of a new building with wood siding, low power consumption, allowing for optimal working comfort for personnel, both in winter than summer.
